Recipe 2
6 teaspoons chili powder
5 teaspoons paprika
4 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

I don’t use this recipe for just taco’s, you can add it to any Italian or Mexican dish and I have used it in chili. Add to taste. Make up several of these and combine into a large spice container for use when ever you need it. The second recipe has cornstarch in it so it would be used as a thickening agent of any juices in the meats or sauces you are making.
