cv05Jcv06jThere ya go! I will add more but these are pretty much the basics for any one starting out walking for fitness. The above chart many of them are done against the wall. Tip leg straight out extended for the calf stretch, then if you bend that same leg slightly you will get a stretch in an alternating muscle. Have Fun!!!
